5 stars doesn’t seem to quite capture the way I feel about this team. Melanie and her whole team treats you like you’re family, you know you are cherished and taken care of from start to finish. Their process is well above industry standards and after 7 moves I feel I am a bit of an expert. Kristen will lead you through the tough stuff and send you all that you need and friendly reminders when you forget to do your part. Melanie is the best friend everyone should have, smart, extremely knowledgeable, and funny to boot. Her compassion was well appreciated during the recent wildfires. Would recommend 100%
