Once you have received your staging consult, you can decide on how much or how little you would like to do. As your real estate expert, our job is to help you understand how every decision you make, may impact the potential value of your property. After that, the decision is 100% yours.
Do I Still Need Staging In A Seller’s Market?
YES, we still highly recommend it! In a seller’s market, houses can pretty much sell themselves. BUT, doing a simple $1500 paint job in a more current colour could potentially yield thousands of more dollars with a higher sale price. There is already a high frenzy of buyers looking for properties. Having a new property come to market that checks all their boxes creates even more excitement and potentially a higher sale price!
Can I Stage On My Own?
Our complimentary staging consult will give you a detailed room-by-room action plan that you and your family can execute yourselves. But if you don’t have the time or would prefer to leave it up to the experts, then that is ok too. Our stagers can be there to accommodate you however you like. It would be advisable to have the stagers come back before photos to put the finishing touches on everything.
