I reached out to Melanie and her team after getting a recommendation from a friend. She was very quick to get back to us to iron out the details of our home wish list. As this was a military move we had 5 short days to find something. The showings we went to were split between Steve and Mel as their schedules permitted. They are both very knowledgeable and in tune with what we were looking for so it was great to have two great realtors for the price of one. They were both very responsive to our calls, texts, and email and Kirsten(in the office) provided excellent to support in feeding us and receiving our correspondence.
