As first time home buyers my husband and I were not sure what exactly we were getting ourselves into when we decided to make this leap. What we did know, however, is that we wanted to open a new chapter for ourselves in Nova Scotia (pretty far away from our current residence of British Columbia) with developing careers and a growing family. Simply put, Melanie made all of this a reality for us. She took the fear out of all the unknown steps and the uncertainty out of a virtual purchase due to a pandemic.
