Melanie and her team were very helpful through the process of finding me a home. I purchased during the crazy market of bidding wars and price rises and as we know it is not a buyers market. Melanie handled my stress and frustration really well. She was so responsive everytime I msged her and she dealt with my flip flopping back and forth with options of a new build, buying land, and purchasing already built. It has been a 6 month roller coaster ride but I’m happy that Melanie was there to help me through it.
