Not only is Melanie a well of knowledge when it comes to buying a home or land, she makes you laugh the entire time that you’re going through the process. Her communication skills are bar none, with lightning speed responses or returned phone calls. We never felt like Melanie was trying to to make a sale… she was just interested in making sure that we were taken care of. I think that level of authenticity is rare.
