I live in North Lancaster, ON, my brother in Halifax, NS. We were set the task of selling our Mother’s home. A daunting task. I am a veteran, and I asked a veteran friend who happens to be a realtor in Ottawa, ON, if he could recommend a realtor in NS if he knew of one. Melanie was his recommendation. She is a veteran herself. Via many long-distance emails, and phone calls we finally got the house on the market. On 2 Dec, the house went up, on 22 Dec the house closed at over 30,000.00 over asking. Her team walked us through everything. Her and her team was simply amazing. Our family cannot thank them enough.
